Refund Policy

You can file a complaint to Sonali Web Tech for refund only within 36 hour (it is not apply for domain registration ,hosting,bulk sms ,voice call purchase because it is not refundable) of your new project subject to the issues with the product or service is beyond the scope of resolution. If you cancel your project after the project hosted or project half done, or after your account is renewed then unfortunately we will not be able to issue any refunds. Sonali Web Tech reserves the right to refuse refund for a valid reason. This Refund Policy does not apply to the practices of companies that Sonali Web Tech does not own or control or of persons that Sonali Web Tech Online does not employ or manage, including any third-party service and/or product providers bound by contract and any third-party websites to which Sonali Web Tech websites link.

Cancellation

Booking of any website (static and dynamic) and web application will be 40% of the actual cost. If in any web service 40% payment is not done within 1 month then company has full right to deactivate the service and client will not have any right.
On completion of website (static and dynamic) and web application (as discussed) if full payment is not made within 45 days, the service will be stopped, the company has full rights. Clients have no right to take action against the company.
If the same client gives multiple projects, but the payment of one's booking is not even that much (40%) or if there is a problem in making the payment, the rest of the project will also be stopped. The company has full right not to work on the project and the project which is in running but neither 40% payment nor further payment is being given, then its project since the first payment has been taken, no matter how many bookings have been made. (less than 40%) If the payment is not received within 45 days, the company will not take the burden of the project and will deactivate the project. This is the full right of the company and the client cannot take any action.

Service Renewals

Renewal of Service is done on yearly basis and it is the sole responsibility of the client to renew the Service before expiry. If your service is not renewed within 15 days of your expiry then all your data and back up will be deleted from our server and you cannot claim any right for the same.

Privacy Policy

By using our Services, you agree that Sonali Web Tech can use such data in accordance with our privacy policies.We never sell your data to any third parties. We may use or exchange your data for the following purposes:-for notify you, use in our billing systems, To our third party vendors and our hosting partners in order to provide the necessary service and related technology required to run the Service , solve your problems, We will need to share the collected information when we must comply with the laws that require such disclosure to law enforcement authorities or other government parties , In the case of an investigation, fraudulent or illegal activity on the site, violation of terms of use, and situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person or our system.

Transaction Fee

You agree that we shall not be responsible or liable in any way for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings with any third parties, as the result of the presence of such third parties on the Service, or as the result of the use of the Service in any way by such third parties.
